Scope of Services:
The company, Wow That's Clean, will provide you, the Client, service as discussed in the proposal or as agreed upon. Independent contractors may do the cleaning.
Independent Contractors:
The company will use independent contractors, carefully chosen by the company, and required by contract, have to follow this agreement.
Service Schedule:
The Company and its' Client will work together to set up a preferred cleaning schedule. The schedule can be adjusted by either party as long as the other is notified up to 48 hours before the scheduled clean, followed by the confirmation by both parties.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due right after the scheduled cleaning. To secure the date, the Client will provide card info to the Company. If the Client's card is declined, the Company won't send the contractors and the agreement itself will be nonexistent.
If the cleaning goes as estimated, the Company will charge the Client's card promptly. If one of the Company's contractors determines that the Client's space needs more time cleaning than estimated, the Company will contact the Client an hour before the service ends and inform them of any new possible charges.
The Company will communicate with the Client beforehand if there will be any additional charges, to which the Client must agree to before the Company's contractors can continue. The Company will charge the card provided by the Client for the extra charges.
Cancellation Policy:
There needs to be a 48 hour notice before the scheduled clean if the Client wishes to cancel the service. A $40 cancellation fee will be immediately charged to the Client's card on file if the 48 hour notice is breached, and no contractors will be sent to the designated location.
If the Company decides to cancel for whatever reason, without 24-hour notice, the Client is entitled to one free standard cleaning at the time/date chosen by the Client.
Access to Premises:
The Client will give us instructions to access the designated location as scheduled. If there are any changes to these instructions, the Client is obligated to communicate new instructions with the Company before the time agreed upon. If the Company's contractors show up and they can’t access the designated location within 15 minutes, and the Client isn't answering any attempts of communication, the Client will be subject to a $40 No Show fee immediately charged to the card on file.
Quality Assurance/100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
If the Client is not satisfied, they are to tell the Company within a 24 hour period with photo or video evidence, and the Company will be obligated to amend this situation by sending a contractor back out to finish what was missed free of charge. If the Client is still not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, the Company will provide a refund.
Liability Clause:
Our cleaners are independent contractors. They have insurance and bonding for damages. The Company takes care to make sure the contractors have insurance and bonding during the hiring process. For any damages caused by our contractors, the Client can call the Company, with photo or video evidence of the damages, to provide that contractor's insurance to file a claim.
Contact the contractor's insurance and talk to them for any damage claims. Our liability is limited by their insurance.
Termination:
Either Client or Company can terminate the agreement within a 48 hour notice. If there are any cleanings scheduled within the 48 hour notice of termination, the Client can either have the last clean and pay in full or will be obligated to pay for any fees that may apply. The Company can end the agreement for non-payment or breaking the rules of our Terms of Service.
Governing Law:
This agreement follows the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Agreement Changes:
The Company, Wow That’s Clean, can change this agreement. The Company will provide notice to you, the Client, and the continued use of our services is equivalent to the Client's agreement of these changes.
